



I’ve seen many versions of this dip going around, and created one of my own that I know you will enjoy. Need a treat that is so full of sugary goodness it will be a once a year tradition? This is the perfect dip for you, on Easter! Cadbury mini eggs are by far the best chocolate out there, but made into a dip for fruit and graham crackers takes it up a notch. This is a great treat to put out with your appies or dessert on Easter weekend.
Mini Egg Easter Dip 
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon artificial vanilla extract
- 1 cup Cadbury mini eggs – crushed
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 1 ¾ cups cool whip
- Sprinkles (optional)
- Strawberries
- Graham crackers
How to
- Put cream cheese and sugars in a mixer and combine until whipped, then mix in vanilla.
- Add in the mini eggs and chocolate chips.
- Fold in the cool whip.
- Put into a large bowl, and decorate with colourful sprinkles on top if desired and a few mini eggs.
- Dip strawberries and graham crackers into dip, and enjoy!
